Write a month of social posts with your AI assistant
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, on a free plan if you like. PlanBatch hands your assistant a prompt that knows your templates and your brand, turns its answer into branded images, and schedules them. Your assistant writes the words; nothing draws the design but your own templates.
Start from what you have already written
The best social posts usually already exist, inside your articles, product pages and newsletters. The assistant’s job here is not to invent a month of ideas but to cut what you have said into posts, so start by gathering those sources.
The prompt tells the assistant to write only from them: it may shorten, rephrase and choose what to leave out, but add no facts, numbers or claims of its own.
In the app: pick templates, copy the prompt
In PlanBatch, open Create, choose Many, then Template + JSON. Tick the templates the posts may use, a mix is better than one, and the networks you publish to. Your business, language and tone sit under the templates; fill them once and every prompt carries them.
Press Copy AI prompt. The prompt describes each template you ticked, so the assistant can choose a design per post, states every network’s caption limit, and can ask for an Unsplash photo where a template has a photo area.
Paste it into your assistant, paste your articles under it, and send. Copy its whole answer, then back in PlanBatch upload it as a file or choose to paste it directly.
From WordPress: Prepare for AI in Bulk Share
With the free WordPress plugin, the posts you want to share are already the source. Open PlanBatch, then Bulk Share, and answer the first question, how each post’s words should be written, with your AI assistant.
Choose the posts, press Prepare for AI, and the prompt arrives with each selected post’s text in it. Paste it into your assistant, paste the whole answer back under Import, and press Check and fill. Your posts themselves are not changed; they are only the reference.
Check every line against its source
The prompt asks the assistant to quote, for every slide, the sentence from your source it is based on, so checking a batch is reading, not detective work. In the app those quotes are in the assistant’s answer; the WordPress plugin also shows each one beside its post and flags a quote it cannot find in your post. A slide you cannot match to your source is one to edit or drop.
This is where an assistant saves time instead of costing it: you review thirty sets of words against what you already published, and never a single new design.
Schedule it and leave it
The images are rendered from your templates and brand kit, the same words always making the same image. Spread the batch across the coming weeks, check the first post on each network, and let the rest publish themselves.
Prefer to write some posts yourself? Mix both: a typed post and an assistant’s post go through the same templates and land on the same calendar.

Which AI assistants does this work with?
Any assistant that follows a long prompt and answers in text: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all do, and their free plans are enough for a batch. PlanBatch connects to none of them; you paste the prompt in and paste the answer back.
Does PlanBatch send my content to an AI?
No. PlanBatch builds the prompt and copies it to your clipboard, or in the WordPress plugin shows it for you to copy. What you paste into an assistant, and which assistant, is up to you.
What if the assistant makes something up?
The prompt tells it to write only from your source and to quote the sentence each slide is based on, so the answer itself shows where every line came from. The WordPress plugin also shows each quote beside its post and flags one it cannot find in your post. A slide you cannot match to your source is one to edit or drop, before anything is scheduled.
Are the images AI-generated?
No. The assistant only writes words and, if you let it, names an Unsplash photo. The images are rendered from your own templates and brand kit, so the same words always make the same design.
Bring your assistant, keep your design
No AI credits to buy, and no assistant you are locked into. Why the design is never AI-drawn.
